About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic BMW Genius to join our team at Sewell. As a BMW Genius, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert knowledge on our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product presentation and explanation to clients, working closely with Sales Managers to keep clients engaged and enthused.
  • First configuration of vehicles with the mobile customizer/iPad, ensuring a seamless transition from the Genius to the client advisors.
  • Perform test drives with clients, providing a personalized and memorable experience.
  • Work with clients in the service drive, answering product questions, demonstrating features, and ensuring a smooth delivery process.
  • Establish ongoing consultative relationships with customers, being available during business hours to answer questions and provide support.
  • Tell customers about the BMW App, explaining its benefits and offering to download it onto their smartphone.
  • Upgrade knowledge of BMW products and services through on-the-job training and participation in educational programs.
  • Contribute to a team effort, upholding the BMW customer-centered service philosophy.
  • Create a positive first impression by greeting and serving customers promptly and courteously.
  • Interact professionally, courteously, and respectfully with clients to provide a consistent premium customer experience, building dealer sales loyalty.
Requirements
  • Experience in an upscale, retail, or customer-centric environment is preferred.
  • Hospitality, technical customer support, and/or consumer electronic experience, plus an Undergraduate degree, is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically when communicating via email.
  • Comfort in interacting with clients via phone and in-person.
  • Absolute passion about all things BMW, promoting a high-quality brand image.
  • Knowledge of Customer management software is a plus.
  • Previous experience with BMW is a plus.
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is required.
