SpringRidge Court is a distinguished, CARF Accredited Community, providing 70 Assisted Living apartments and 14 Enliven (memory care) apartments. We offer competitive compensation ranging from $17 to $19.50 per hour based on experience, along with excellent benefits.

Additional Compensation:

$3 differential for weekend shifts.

Flexible shift options available:

Swing Shift: 2pm - 10:30pm

NOC Shift: 10pm - 6:30am

Position Summary

  • Assist and/or administer prescribed medications to residents as directed by a physician.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all medication management activities.
  • Alert the LPN regarding any adverse medication reactions.
  • Assist with the management of medication refills.
  • Update resident records as needed.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a caregiver is preferred; training will be provided.
  • Certification in First Aid/CPR is required.
  • Previous coursework or training in medication administration is advantageous but not mandatory.
