About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families. As a Weekend LPN - Nursing Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications and observing patients for adverse reactions
  • Conducting laboratory tests and therapeutic services as needed
  • Educating patients and families about disease treatment plans, self-care after discharge, and available resources
