  • Process payroll using ADP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and answering employee inquiries.
  • Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in ADP systems.
  • SHRM certification is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
