Role Summary

Rusty Bucket Restaurant and Tavern is seeking a dedicated Hospitality Ambassador to create a positive first impression and make our guests feel welcome on the phone and in person.

The Hospitality Ambassador controls the seating of guests in the dining room to assure the quality of service, guest satisfaction, and maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exemplify hospitality standards and answer guests' questions about the restaurant.
  • Handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority.
  • Follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines as specified by the restaurant.
  • Report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly.
  • Know emergency procedures in the restaurants.
