About the Role
The successful candidate will possess excellent surgical skills, with a focus on patient-centered care. They will also demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a compassionate attitude and commitment to improving patient outcomes. The estimated salary for this role is $420,000-$620,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive evaluations and consultations for patients with neurological disorders
- Diagnose and treat conditions such as brain tumors, spinal disorders, aneurysms, and traumatic brain injuries
- Perform a range of surgical procedures, including craniotomies, spinal fusions, and minimally invasive techniques
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including preoperative assessments and postoperative management
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure the highest standard of patient care
- Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatment options, and recovery processes

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
- Valid medical license to practice in North Dakota
- Strong surgical skills with a focus on patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate attitude and commitment to improving patient outcomes
