Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Requirements Manager to support our customer in a dynamic and challenging environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and managing IT requirements within a DoD environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, improve, and execute requirements management processes to ensure alignment with business expectations and IT capabilities.
  • Assist in facilitating the alignment of business expectations and IT capabilities to deliver business solutions/options.
  • Identify, capture, formulate, prioritize, and manage project requirements for applications and systems.
  • Work with stakeholder teams to ensure business requirements are complete and translate into functional specifications/requirements for system administrators.
  • Effectively communicate business requirements to technical/development teams.
  • Create functional requirements documents.
  • Develop custom reports, dashboards, and documentation for program stakeholders detailing requirement management activities and statuses.

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or GED plus 2-5 years' experience in IT requirements management.
  • 2-5 years' experience with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, or other project management software to manage project work streams, tasks, dependencies, predecessors, Gantt, etc.
  • Strong skills in problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active Secret Clearance, ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
  • Security+ Certification Required.
