Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee residential operations and ensure a safe environment for all residents.
- Assist in the development and execution of recovery-oriented programs, including both individual and group services.
- Provide crisis intervention and model appropriate behaviors for residents.
- Deliver essential services to clients, including medication management, goal-setting, and life skills training.
- Facilitate client meetings and organized activities to promote engagement.
- Support recovery-based initiatives, including Wellness Management and Recovery (WMR) and best practices in mental health.
- Contribute to the daily operations of the facility, including meal planning, housekeeping, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:
