Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Plumber to join our team. As a Lead Plumber, you will be responsible for ensuring that work complies with engineering specifications and local building codes, while maintaining accurate work logs and providing superior quality work for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on commercial and residential job sites with minimal supervision, applying your skills and independent decision-making to deliver high-quality results.
  • Train and mentor apprentices to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with engineering specifications and local building codes.
  • Maintain accurate work logs, including job sites, time, equipment, materials, and recommendations for follow-up.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of Lead experience in the plumbing industry.
  • Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in MI is preferred.
  • Valid Michigan driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs., climbing up and down ladders, and flexible enough to fit into tight places.
  • Skilled at using power and hand tools.
  • Excellent and effective communication skills - oral and written.
