Key Responsibilities

As a Supervision Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal growth of students. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing supervision and guidance to students in a safe and supportive environment
  • Assisting teachers and other staff members in maintaining a positive and productive learning atmosphere
  • Supporting students with their academic and personal needs, including homework assistance and behavioral guidance
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement strategies for promoting student success

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience working with children in a supervisorial role
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Ability to pass a district exam
