Responsibilities:

* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all public and operating spaces throughout the building
* Facilitate the plaza and/or parking garage areas as specified
* Keep elevator cars clean and neat
* Preserve lobby and first impression areas
* Uphold the exterior of the building
* Maintain restroom cleanliness
* Check and restock all restroom products
* Police building grounds
* Police the dock
* Police stairwells daily, dust mop stairwells weekly and damp mop stair landings & treads monthly
* Respond to special requests throughout the day

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of 1 year Porter experience
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work assigned hours

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

* Ability to conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups at all professional levels
* Work in close proximity to others
* Work outdoors in all changing weather conditions
* Standing and/or walking, sitting, stooping, or kneeling

Compensation:

Harvard Maintenance offers a competitive salary structure including a benefit package with medical, dental, life, and long-term disability (LTD) insurance along with a 401K Savings Plan.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8am-2pm
