As an "Elite of Lexus" high-volume auto dealer in Haverford, PA, we offer a unique opportunity to grow within the company and manufacturer. The Technology Specialist will work independently, yet closely with guests and colleagues, to provide exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities:

* Establish and maintain guest trust and relationships with the Lexus brand through technology and service
* Respond to guest inquiries about vehicle capabilities via phone, email, or in-person demonstrations
* Collaborate with guests to understand specific vehicle features
* Obtain and maintain Lexus Master Certification through online and in-person courses
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge for current and past Lexus models
* Serve as the primary point of contact for technology questions from guests and colleagues

Requirements:

* Passion for staying current with the latest technology
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* High motivation, attention to detail, and self-sufficiency
* Ability to multitask, take accurate notes, and follow up
* Valid driver's license
