Speech Language Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to work with patients in a therapist-owned and run company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for patients with speech and language disorders
  • Conduct standardized assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Establish treatment goals and milestones with patients and their families
  • Document and store treatment plans and progress reports
  • Communicate patient progress to relevant parties
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in speech and language pathology

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech Pathology
  • Previous experience in the field of speech pathology
  • Familiarity with communication disorders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive and patient demeanor
