The Registered Nurse at OSF HealthCare protects, promotes, and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of licensure. This role collaborates with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum. The successful candidate will assess and support physical symptoms, provide psychological support to patients, friends, and families, mentor assigned team members, promote best practices, and maintain a professional disposition at all times.

- Other skills/knowledge: Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft application basic proficiency
