About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Member Services Consultant III to join our team at Foothill Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional member service while providing advanced consultative services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Open new accounts through Meridian, ensuring compliance with eligibility requirements.
  • Set up home banking, including e-statements, and issue instant debit and credit cards.
  • Handle member account and card fraud claims, and complete payroll deductions and authorization forms.
  • Maintain IRA accounts and answer questions regarding IRAs.
  • Process and fund loan applications when available.
  • Cross-sell and refer other products, such as mortgages and Foothill Investment Services.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum three years in personal banking, preferably within credit union operations.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • NMLS License, IRA Certified, and Notary certifications desired.
