Job Summary

IntelyCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Field Medical Staff member. As a Field Medical Staff member, you will provide high-quality nursing care in post-acute facilities, such as SNFs and ALFs. You will administer individualized treatments and medications to residents, develop care plans in conjunction with residents and medical teams, and set up medical equipment and monitor its use.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care in post-acute facilities, such as SNFs and ALFs
  • Administer individualized treatments and medications to residents
  • Develop care plans in conjunction with residents and medical teams
  • Set up medical equipment and monitor its use
  • Go over care options with residents and family members
  • Meet and consult with physicians and other healthcare staff as needed
  • Draw blood, urine, and other fluid samples for lab work
  • Ensure nursing standards and facility policies are met
  • Accurately document interventions and medical condition histories
  • Help with investigations into incidents, ensuring they're reported accurately
  • Train nursing staff and supervise them
Requirements
  • Graduation from an approved nursing program
  • Post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience (at least 4 months)
  • COVID-19 Considerations: Clinicians must be vaccinated against Covid-19
