Senior Project Manager

Jobot, a prominent player in the commercial construction sector, is on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of expertise in the healthcare or commercial construction fields, particularly with a focus on ground-up projects. We value professionals who demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and direct construction projects from the initial phase through to completion
  • Create and uphold project schedules, budgets, and timelines
  • Ensure that project objectives are achieved while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders
  • Coordinate all project activities, including procurement and project closeout
  • Address project-related challenges promptly and ensure compliance with all safety standards
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in relevant construction management
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction codes and regulations
