About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an ABA Apprentice. As a key member of our clinical team, you will assist with indirect supervision tasks, conduct therapy sessions with clients, and support our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in their daily work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with indirect supervision tasks for a caseload of learners.
  • Conduct therapy sessions with clients on assigned BCBAs' respective caseloads.
  • Support BCBAs in providing staff and caregiver training.
  • Assist BCBAs with parent communication and analyze client data.
  • Research literature related to client programs.
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field (or within 6 months of graduation).
  • Active RBT certification.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Preferred: Active BCaBA certification and completion of all education requirements to obtain BACB certification.
