    • Develop and implement plans of care that are tailored to the individual needs of patients, taking into account their medical history, current condition, and treatment goals.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive high-quality care and that their needs are met.
    • Build strong relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to promote a positive and supportive care environment.
  • Professional Development

Requirements
  • Education and Certification
    • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
    • Current RN licensure in North Carolina.
    • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of one year of experience in emergency nursing.
    • Knowledge of emergency nursing practices and protocols.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of electronic medical records and other healthcare technologies.
