Job Overview

Five Star Mechanical is a leading provider of HVAC and refrigeration services, seeking an experienced Mechanical HVAC Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in light commercial and/or heavy commercial markets, with expertise in servicing and repairing various types of HVAC equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve service calls, providing technical support and troubleshooting for Five Star customers and their HVAC mechanical equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on various pieces of HVAC or refrigeration equipment.
  • Complete required documentation for work performed or other contractual obligations.
  • Fulfill safety standards and use of PPE and attend required safety training.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • GED or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License and driving record acceptable to Five Star.
  • Experience working with refrigerants.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Information

Estimated salary range: $40.00 - $63.00 per hour.

This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule, including on-call duties.
