Key Responsibilities:
1. Define project scope and prepare estimates.
2. Oversee field teams and conduct Boundary Surveying, Construction Stakeout, and ALTA surveys.
3. Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
4. Travel to various job sites as required.
5. Ensure quality control and adherence to schedules and budgets.
6. Prepare proposals and engage in resource planning.
7. Maintain client communication and relationships.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities, are essential for success in this role. A professional license is mandatory.
Qualifications:
- New Jersey Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Proficiency in CAD, GPS, and Robotic technology.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in land surveying.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Survey Management team and contribute to the overall operations of the department. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in our leadership development programs, allowing you to make a significant impact on BL Companies' growth while enhancing your leadership capabilities.
