LPN Corrections Specialist

Centurion Health is proud to provide healthcare services to the Florida Department of Corrections. We are seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse - Medical or Mental Health to join our team at Wakulla Correctional Institution in Crawfordville, Florida.

• Competitive pay rate: $29 - $32.50/hourly.
• 12-hour shifts, 7:00 to 7:30, rotating weekends.
• Day and night shifts available.

The LPN Corrections Specialist is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. Working under the direction of Registered Nurses, medical, and psychiatric staff, the LPN will respond to a range of physical and mental health needs.

• Florida LPN license or compact license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Corrections experience not required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check.
