Clinical Program Manager for Atrium Health

Atrium Health seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Program Manager to oversee the clinical, research, educational, and financial activities of their respective clinical program.
Job SummaryThis role is responsible for ensuring high-quality and cost-effective continuity of care for patients. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate with clinical team members to assess and support psychosocial needs.
Responsibilities- Coordinate clinical care throughout the program using pathways and developing tools to ensure high-quality care is provided to all patients.
- Supervise and coordinate the program interdisciplinary care conferences as applicable.
- Collaborate with the entire clinical team to evaluate and implement appropriate educational materials.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- An active NC RN license and at least 2 years of nursing experience are required.
- Program management experience is preferred, along with 5 years of experience in total.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation range reflects the average salary for similar positions in the area, taking into account factors such as education level, experience, and industry standards.
