We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at ASAP Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our properties, ensuring a safe and well-maintained living environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Maintenance: Anticipate, identify, and correct all property-related issues, implementing preventive procedures to address and avoid potential problems.
  • Resident Service: Personally perform maintenance tasks and delegate responsibilities to assistants, overseeing and occasionally inspecting work performed by assistants.
  • Preventative Maintenance & Security: Conduct regular safety meetings with staff, maintain and communicate HAZCOM standards, and ensure compliance with laws, EPA, and OSHA regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials, and identify utility meter cut-offs, apartment and fixture cut-offs, and sewer cleanouts.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Assist in keeping grounds neat and free of litter through tasks such as raking, sweeping, and shoveling.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance and repair, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
