  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory control, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and training to warehouse staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities, and develop processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety protocols, and maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MRP and MS Office.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing and MRP systems is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the medical device industry.
  • Familiarity with cGMP and ISO 13485.
  • Knowledge of Syspro and SAP.
