Your Future Role

Embrace a new opportunity and leverage your engineering knowledge in a pioneering field. You will collaborate with talented and enthusiastic colleagues while reporting to the Maintenance Project Lead System Engineer.

Your role will involve enhancing performance and reliability from a maintenance viewpoint, specifically focusing on next-generation high-speed rail projects. Key responsibilities will include conducting failure analyses, performance assessments, and recommending enhancements to address necessary repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee technical aspects related to train design.
  • Evaluate system performance, focusing on safety, reliability, serviceability, and future obsolescence.
  • Manage all technical matters associated with maintenance.
  • Provide technical guidance to the entire maintenance site organization.
  • Maintain configuration and breakdown structures for components.

About You

We prioritize enthusiasm and a positive attitude over extensive experience. While we do not expect you to possess every skill, we believe the following will contribute to your success in this position:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an engineering-related role.
  • Familiarity with railway systems is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to apply strategic system thinking effectively.

Location and Travel

  • This is an on-site position with some flexibility for remote work.
  • Travel is expected to be around 20%, particularly to other maintenance facilities.
