Job Title: Class B Driver McKinney

Job Summary:

Oak Farms is seeking a reliable and skilled Class B driver to operate a straight truck and deliver dairy products to customers in a safe and timely manner. As a Class B driver, you will be responsible for navigating designated routes, loading and unloading products, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with DOT and DFA rules, regulations, and policies.
  • Deliver pre-ordered or unscheduled products to customers according to route schedule and customer delivery expectations.
  • Follow designated routes and schedules, reporting delivery delays to management due to road conditions, accidents, or breakdowns.
  • Load and unload product as required at designated stops, including stocking, rotating, and/or ordering of product.
  • Collect empty cases and provide merchandising support based on customer requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, resolve complaints, and report any problems to the driver supervisor or manager.
  • Ensure and/or perform proper maintenance on assigned vehicles and equipment used.
  • Complete all daily paperwork fully and correctly each day.
