Occupational Therapist

Ennis Care Center is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for evaluating residents' conditions, developing rehabilitation plans, and implementing interventions to improve their mobility and functional abilities.

• Evaluate residents' conditions and develop individualized occupational rehabilitation plans.
• Implement interventions to improve residents' mobility, balance, and functional abilities.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document residents' progress and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of occupational therapy programs and services.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

• Current and active OT license or registration in the state of employment.
• Experience working with geriatric patients is highly desirable.
• Completion of orientation required by company policy.
• Health screening and TB test within two weeks of employment.
• Become familiar with and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations relating to the job.
• Show satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment within three days of hire.
