The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical skills and a deep understanding of various tax specialties, while also demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:


• Maintain confidentiality while pursuing intricate accounting projects from fellow professionals.
• Develop expertise in specific accounting areas such as budgeting, investments, and information systems, aiming for certification in those fields.
• Delegate, oversee, and assess complex tax, audit, and accounting tasks assigned to junior staff, ensuring quality control standards are met.
• Utilize technical knowledge to participate in committees and lead project teams.
• Adhere to scheduled work hours and meet billable time expectations.
• Prepare tax returns under the guidance of a manager or shareholder.
• Identify opportunities to enhance services for existing clients, thereby adding value to their experience.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Active CPA license.
