- Transcribe physician orders and document resident information accurately, notifying physicians and family members as needed.
- Review medication orders for completeness and accuracy, and prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians.
- Use electronic medical records effectively to maintain accurate and up-to-date resident information.
- Participate in care planning and conferences, updating care plans as needed to ensure resident needs are met.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all disciplines to ensure resident needs are met.
- Participate in continuing education programs to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Current LPN license active in the state of Wisconsin.
