Position Summary:

As a Wound Care Registered Nurse at Next Move Healthcare, you will play a vital role in enhancing patient outcomes through specialized care. This position involves evaluating, diagnosing, and creating detailed care strategies for individuals with wound care needs. Your focus will be on maintaining patient safety and delivering exceptional care through thorough clinical evaluations and patient education.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive clinical evaluations adhering to established nursing standards.
  • Design, execute, and regularly assess individualized nursing care plans for patients with wound care requirements.
  • Engage in quality improvement projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing performance.
  • Build and sustain therapeutic relationships with patients and their families, ensuring a comprehensive approach to care.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated patient care and support.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • At least 3 years of relevant nursing experience, particularly in wound care.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of employment.
