About the Role:

As a Café Associate at Sam's Club, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of food products, including rotisserie chickens, salads, and sandwiches. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping and cleaning the sales floor, and restocking shelves as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of food products, including rotisserie chickens, salads, and sandwiches.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping and cleaning the sales floor, and restocking shelves as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

• Food Service Experience: 1+ year of experience in a food service environment.
• Food Safety Certification: Current food safety certification.
• Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
