Position Overview:
The Certified Residential Plumbing Technician will be tasked with providing high-quality plumbing solutions to homeowners, ensuring precision and professionalism in every service.
This role necessitates a valid plumbing license, robust technical expertise, and a strong focus on customer service.The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in residential plumbing tasks, including installations, repairs, and maintenance, alongside excellent communication skills and a dedication to adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a variety of residential plumbing services, encompassing the installation, repair, and maintenance of fixtures, piping, and appliances.
- Accurately diagnose plumbing issues utilizing advanced tools and techniques, and propose effective solutions to homeowners.
- Comply with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards to ensure adherence and prevent incidents.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by explaining plumbing issues to homeowners, presenting service options, and ensuring satisfaction with completed work.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, including materials utilized, labor hours, and homeowner interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and dispatchers to coordinate service calls, prioritize tasks, and meet client expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Valid Residential, Journeyman, or Master Plumber License is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed residential plumber, demonstrating a successful track record in plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of residential plumbing systems, equipment, and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with homeowners and team members.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced residential environment.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
