RN - Women's Health Unit - Full Time

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in delivering exceptional care to women at 6Park Women's Health Unit. As a member of our inter-professional team, you will provide compassionate, patient-centered care to patients undergoing gynecological surgery, medical/surgical cases, mastectomy, and cosmetic surgery. Our unit is dedicated to providing a supportive environment for postpartum patients experiencing stillbirth or miscarriage, as well as those placing their baby for adoption.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement the nursing process for each assigned patient, utilizing critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills.
  • Collaborate with the inter-professional team to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Participate in unit-based and hospital shared governance councils to promote positive patient outcomes and quality patient care.
  • Utilize the Nursing Process as the framework for providing care.
Requirements:
  • Active Kentucky License
  • BCLS Required
