Supportive Environment:
The physician will collaborate with two additional Hematology/Oncology Physicians and three Advanced Practice Providers (APPs). The APPs are responsible for managing infusion services and addressing acute and symptomatic patients under the supervision of the physician team. A robust support staff, including APPs, RNs, navigators, and financial teams, is in place to ensure efficient operations. The practice features a fully equipped infusion room and a standard outpatient oncology service. The pharmacy services are managed by a dedicated hospital-based team, including an oncology-boarded pharmacist. There is also extensive collaboration with specialists in Radiation Oncology, Surgery, Pulmonology, Gastroenterology, Urology, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Pathology, and Radiology. A strong primary care network is present, with Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents receiving training.
