Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technician to join our team at Midas Consulting. This role involves supporting surgical procedures by preparing and maintaining the operating room and assisting the surgical team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating room for surgical procedures.
  • Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterile and ready for use.
  • Support the surgical team during operations by providing necessary instruments and supplies.
  • Participate in the post-operative care of patients.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of two years of travel experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).
  • Availability for on-call duties, including one weekday and one weekend every six weeks.
Work Schedule

This position requires a commitment to 10-hour weekday shifts. On-call duties will commence at the end of the weekday shift, with weekend on-call responsibilities extending for 24 hours.

Compensation

Compensation includes a call rate of $5 for on-call hours.
