Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and experienced nurse to work in our Vascular Surgery Step-Down Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent care to patients, working collaboratively with the healthcare team, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
- At least 18 months of BWH nursing experience, with current vascular and/or cardiovascular nursing experience preferred.
- Able to work weekend rotation per the MNA contract.
