Key Responsibilities
- Assisting Lead Technicians in efficiently and professionally executing their tasks.
- Supporting the Warehouse Manager, Sales Manager, and Service Manager with inventory management in our storage facilities and vehicles. Additionally, delivering required materials to Technicians in the field as directed.
- Contributing to maintaining a clean and organized appearance of our facilities and vehicles.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Safety is paramount; a general understanding of safe working practices and OSHA standards is essential.
- The role requires regular sitting, standing, walking, bending, and using hands for various tasks.
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts and occasional wet or humid conditions, as well as extreme temperatures.
- Ability to climb ladders, work in diverse environmental conditions, and navigate small spaces.
- Regular lifting or moving of weights exceeding 50 lbs is necessary.
- The work environment may vary with the seasons and scope of tasks, necessitating outdoor work throughout the year.
- This position typically follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 5 PM, with occasional on-call duties.
The compensation for this role starts at $23/hour or more, depending on relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and location, along with performance-based incentives. Additional incentive pay may be included as part of the compensation package, alongside a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on the position offered.
