Job Title: CT Technologist

Job Summary:
MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in a top healthcare facility. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT equipment, producing high-quality images, and assisting radiologists with imaging procedures.

Responsibilities:
Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary
Appropriately set the controls of the related equipment, monitoring equipment and patient, making adjustments as necessary
Assist radiologists with imaging procedures, starting IVs, and injecting contrast, if applicable
Dispense oral contrast to patients for CT scans
Assist radiologists with interventional CT procedures
Evaluate CT scans for technical quality, collating processed images in sequence of exposure and appropriately labeling
Schedule patients for procedures and assist with some clerical functions
Charge procedures and supplies used to the patient record
Load and operate power injections for contrast media administration

Requirements:
Eighteen months prior experience in a healthcare setting as a CT Technologist
Must be ARRT (CT) or ASRT certified
Most states require licensure
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
