Job Description

As a Behavior Analyst Fellow, you'll be immersed in our fellowship program, where you'll work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and pursue your graduate coursework simultaneously. This unique opportunity allows you to gain hands-on experience through training, mentorship, and fieldwork hours to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster an environment that encourages skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
  • Learn directly from BCBAs to provide transformative therapy and ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans and instructional materials.
  • Participate in clinical mentorship with BCBAs to promote treatment outcomes.
  • Collect and analyze data using a variety of effective methods, completing daily progress notes to monitor outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in behavior analysis, psychology, education, early childhood, or a related field.
  • Proof of enrollment in an accredited graduate-level behavior analytic program.
  • Hold a 3.0 or higher GPA.
