Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Superintendent to join our team at hth companies. As a key member of our industrial services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily mechanical construction activities at our work sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our field teams, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards, adhering to our company's safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our field teams, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Client Communication: Liaise with clients to understand their needs and expectations, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Operational Efficiency: Analyze productivity trends and implement process improvements to optimize our operations and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or a related discipline, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their best. Proficient in project management software and tools, with a strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to work sites and exposure to varying weather conditions. Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs regularly and perform physically demanding work for 8+ hours a day.
