Position Overview:

As a vital member of our team, you will be the welcoming face for our customers, providing exceptional service with a friendly and professional attitude. Your role may include operating the drive-thru and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to company standards for food safety and handling.
  • Welcome customers and accurately take their orders, promoting additional items when appropriate.
  • Process payments and provide correct change, ensuring accurate cash management and accountability.
  • Maintain a swift and efficient work pace to meet or exceed service time expectations.
  • Regularly clean and sanitize your work area to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Assist and support fellow team members, including roles such as expediter and service assistant.
  • Help train new cashiers to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management when necessary.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure during busy times.
  • Must possess the flexibility to reach, bend, scrub, wipe, and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
Qualifications:
  • Must possess a valid CA food handler card.
  • Effective communication skills in English are required; knowledge of a second language is advantageous.
  • Previous experience is not mandatory, though customer service experience is preferred.
  • No formal education is required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Ability to assess product quality and make informed decisions to maintain high standards.
