About the Opportunity
MEDICORP, INC is seeking an experienced Infectious Disease Medical Director to lead our team of healthcare professionals in North Central Pennsylvania. As a key member of our medical leadership team, you will be responsible for managing our 100% ID outpatient and inpatient populations, working closely with a full spectrum of medical and surgical subspecialty colleagues.
About the Role
- Manage and lead a team of experienced ID providers (physicians and APPs) in a 226-bed Level 2 trauma center
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and quality of care
- Collaborate with hospital administrators and medical staff to ensure seamless integration of ID services
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures
