Occupational Therapist for Pediatric School Setting

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in a pediatric school setting. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with students with physical impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, and/or changes in physical function.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments for each student within your caseload and provide interventions and therapeutic treatments that align with the Individualized Education Program (IEP).
- Educate students, family members, and other caregivers about the individualized treatment plan created for the student and how it applies in each environment.
- Work collaboratively with the administrative team and interdisciplinary therapists to ensure student needs are being met.
- Document student progress and plan of actions in accordance with state guidelines and company policy.
- Provide supervision to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with state guidelines.
- Active/Pending North Carolina Occupational Therapy License required or ability to obtain before start date.
- Masters degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
- PreK caseload.
