Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to provide support with daily living tasks, personal care, and mobility for our clients. As a Caregiver and Companion, you will work closely with our clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their safety and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide personal care, including hygiene and medication management
- Support clients with mobility and transfer activities, ensuring safe movement and positioning
- Establish a healthy and supportive relationship with clients, promoting independence and dignity
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year experience in disability care preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proof of insurance and minimum age of 18
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $33,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a supportive team culture, flexible scheduling options, and meaningful work making a difference in the lives of our clients.
