Automotive Finance Director

O'Meara Motors is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to lead their finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and be able to ensure compliance with state and local statutes and regulations.

• Administer credit applications, contracts, and related documents within dealership operating policy and federal/state regulations.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal laws relating to consumer lending.
• Review credit reports and recommend credit decisions for customers.
• Evaluate customer credit worthiness to determine finance programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for customers.

• Minimum 2 years of finance experience in an automotive dealership.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local legislation and regulations related to finance function operation.
• Strong interpersonal, financial analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
