Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal hygiene assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Remind patients to take prescribed medication
  • Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments
  • Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping duties
  • Report any unusual incidents or emergencies
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license or State Identification card
  • HHA certificate or CNA license
  • Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
