Job Summary
The Care Partner will provide personalized care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with seniors and making a positive impact in their lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Personalized Care
Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, in a professional and compassionate manner.
Support Resident ActivitiesEncourage and assist residents to participate in activities, such as exercise classes, arts and crafts, and social events, to promote their physical and emotional well-being.
Assist with Meals and DiningAssist residents with meals, including serving, feeding, and cleaning up after meals, to ensure their nutritional needs are met.
Maintain a Clean and Safe EnvironmentAssist with cleaning and tidying residents' rooms and common areas, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Respond to Resident NeedsRespond promptly to resident calls and requests, providing assistance and support as needed.
Requirements
- Experience Working with Seniors
Previous experience working with older adults, preferably in a care-giving role.
Communication SkillsAbility to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Physical DemandsAbility to lift, bend, and move residents as needed, and to work in a fast-paced environment.
AvailabilityAvailability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
