Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold Chuze standards in customer service by warmly welcoming and engaging with all members.
  • Execute daily cleaning duties to ensure the gym is consistently presented in an exceptionally clean manner.
  • Assist in various front desk functions, including membership enrollments, retail display, amenities, handling inquiries, processing transactions, and preparing smoothies when necessary.
  • Train front desk personnel and maintain awareness of best practices and policies through in-person coaching, Learning Management System (LMS) pathways, and Harassment Prevention training.
  • Facilitate daily shift operations, including managing employee breaks, delegating cleaning tasks, and effectively completing opening and closing procedures.
  • Assist in resolving member inquiries and collaborate with management for escalated issues.
  • Support administrative duties such as generating reports from member management software, conducting inventory counts, and overseeing club communications.
  • Participate in regularly scheduled team meetings to enhance team cohesion and operational efficiency.
