Guest Experience Advocate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Advocate. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Welcome and thank guests, respond to their needs, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about our products, services, and features to provide guests with accurate information and recommendations.
- Scanning and Bagging: Scan and bag guest items efficiently, neatly, and in compliance with food safety standards and company best practices.
- Order Pick Up and Drive Up: Deliver easy and seamless service to all Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
- Stocking and Maintenance: Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area, stock supplies during store open hours, and be available for guests.
- Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail while multi-tasking to ensure accuracy and efficiency in guest service.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals, provide excellent guest service, and maintain a positive store environment.
- Adaptability: Adapt to changing situations, priorities, and guest needs to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
